Accounts Executive - Finance & Accounts

Sky Ocean Logistics is a leading international freight forwarding and logistics company providing complete air, sea, and land transport solutions. We are expanding our finance team and seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage vendor bills, purchase entries, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record vendor invoices, payments, and receipts
• Maintain AP/AR, general ledger entries, and daily bookkeeping.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Assist in monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with GST/VAT, TDS, and maintain accurate financial documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience (shipping/logistics industry preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, or similar) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication, time management, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance including GST/VAT, TDS, and financial reporting standards is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
