Job Title: Accounts Executive
Department: Finance & Accounts
Job Description:
To assist the HOD in the following areas;
1. Day to day book keeping including all types of Receipt Vouchers and Cash Payment Vouchers.
2. Generating and uploading of Invoices to customers’ ERPs.
3. Receiving payments and knocking off paid invoices.
4. Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Ledger.
5. Visits to the banks for deposing cheques.
6. Proficient in MS-Office/ Excel.
7. Any other job assigned by the Management related to Accounts & Finance.
Qualification: B.Com with strong desire to learn.
Experience Level: Minimum 2 to 3 years in book keeping.
No. of Vacancies: One
Timings: 7:30AM to 5:00PM and as per job requirement.
Salary: PKR 35,000 to PKR 45,000 per month commensurate with qualification and experience
