Job Description

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.
• Account Reconciliation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
• General Ledger: Maintain and oversee all accounting processes related to the general ledger.
• Month-End Close: Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all entries are posted and accounts are reconciled by the established deadlines.
• Audit Preparation: Assist with preparation for internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including GAAP.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the accounting function.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment on objectives, and timely resolution of issues to drive project success
• MIS & Excel working and reporting
• Handle Legal & compliance for India and Dubai
• Outdoor visit to government offices & courts as and when required
• Updated on Dubai Accounting Laws
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
