Salary Range: PKR 60,000 – 70,000

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive – Payables to join our Accounts & Finance Team at our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing vendor payables, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and maintaining vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process, verify, and record vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure invoices are properly approved and matched with purchase orders/receipts.
• Prepare and process payments cheques, bank transfers, etc. while adhering to payment schedules.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records and filing systems.
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure proper documentation.
• Handle vendor inquiries and maintain good relationships.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of accounts payable experience; restaurant/hotel experience preferred.
• Software: SAP B-1, or experience with accounting software.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
