Job Title: Accounts & Finance

Experience

8–12+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance

Mandatory manufacturing / industrial setup experience

Age: 30–45 years

Must be independent, analytical, and problem-solving oriented (not a routine instruction follower)

Initial 6 months required to live and work at our factory in Nooriabad to fully understand operations and practices

Will be relocated to Karachi once the Karachi office is operational

Must be willing and comfortable with this arrangement

Accounting, Manufacturing & Systems

Complete ownership of:

General Ledger, trial balance, P&L, balance sheet, cash flows

Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Cost accounting and product costing

Manufacturing exposure including:

Raw material, WIP, finished goods accounting

Inventory reconciliations and physical verifications

BOM, consumption, yield, and wastage analysis

Experience with accounting software / ERP

Strong MS Excel skills for reconciliations and reporting

Taxation, Documentation & Compliance

Hands-on experience with FBR and SRB taxation

Filing and handling of:

Sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax returns

Tax audits, notices, and assessments

Coordination with tax consultants and authorities

Very strong documentation control with ability to:

Design and enforce SOPs

Maintain audit-ready records

Efficient organization of:

Hard-copy files

Scanned documents

Electronic document systems

Communication, Leadership & Compensation

Professional communication with customers and vendors via email and phone

Handling reconciliations, payment follow-ups, and dispute resolution

Ability to manage and guide junior accounts staff

High integrity, confidentiality, organization, and deadline discipline

Ability to work under pressure, especially during audits and closings
