Job Description

Job Title: Account Executive - Receivable

Function: Accounts & Finance

Location: Lonavala

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Generate and issue invoices for services provided to guests, groups, or clients.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate and comply with company policies.
  • Receive and record payments from guests, including cash, credit cards, and other methods.
  • Apply payments to guest accounts promptly.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify discrepancies and resolve clients’ billing issues.
  • Prepare daily management reports detailing accounts receivable status.
  • Assist in generating financial statements and reports as required.
  • Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients regarding their accounts.

Qualifications
