Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Salary Range: PKR 25,000 – 35,000

About the Role:
We are urgently hiring an Accounts & Finance Assistant to support our Accounts & Finance Manager. The selected candidate will assist in daily accounting and finance tasks, collect data from different departments, reconcile financial records, and ensure smooth departmental coordination. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills who can provide timely assistance to the Accounts & Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Accounts & Finance Manager in daily accounting and financial operations.
• Collect and compile financial data from different departments.
• Prepare, maintain, and reconcile accounting records.
• Work with spreadsheets, financial formulas, and reporting tools.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of assigned tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Accounts & Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 internships or prior experience in accounts/finance (junior-level roles acceptable).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must know accounting-related formulas).
• Quick learner with sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
