Job Description:

As a Accounting Executive, you will support the financial operations of Taraz Technologies, gaining hands-on experience in managing cash flow, supporting import-export documentation, and assisting in procurement processes accounting. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and analytical individual to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations while learning the ropes of strategic financial management in a global tech company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Internship or project experience in accounting, finance, or import/export operations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a passion for financial accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and analyzing cash flow records, budgets, and financial forecasts.
  • Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Help process invoices, match them with supporting documents, and ensure proper coding for accounting records.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate vendor and customer records.
  • Learn and support documentation and compliance processes for import/export activities.
  • Support procurement by maintaining vendor records, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.
  • Assist with payroll data entry and record-keeping under supervision.
  • Participate in month-end closing processes and bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely data entry and reporting.
  • Contribute to audits and financial reviews by preparing required documentation.
  • Be a part of cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives in finance operations.

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
