Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to join our dynamic team at Adapts Media. This role combines financial management and client coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice Generation: Manage and generate accurate invoices for clients, ensuring all necessary details are captured and sent on time.
- GST, TDS, and VAT Filing: Handle the filing of GST, TDS, and VAT returns as per applicable regulations.
- Purchase and Booking Orders: Oversee purchase orders, booking orders, and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
- Client Coordination & Payment Follow-Up: Liaise with clients to ensure timely payments and manage follow-up processes.
- Accounting & Audits: Perform internal audits, manage financial records in Tally, and ensure accuracy in accounting processes.
- Advanced Excel Reporting: Use advanced Excel skills to generate financial reports, manage data, and analyze trends.
- Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, VAT filing, and other financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
