Accountant & Finance Executive - Healthcare

Kaya Skin Care Clinic is a leading aesthetic and dermatology healthcare provider committed to delivering skincare solutions through advanced technology and exceptional patient care. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive / Accountant with Healthcare background to join our Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Reconcile cash, card, and online payment collections.
• Process supplier payments and monitor outstanding balances.
• Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and MIS reports.
• Support payroll accounting, employee benefits, and statutory provisions.
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with inventory reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, accounting standards, and internal policies.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of UAE accounting experience (healthcare or clinic experience is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
