This role is designed for a self-motivated finance professional with 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, and strong proficiency in QuickBooks. You must also have excellent communication skills, as you’ll be working closely with our U.S.-based leadership and teams on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting: accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, tax laws, and internal policies
- Coordinate with U.S. team members, external auditors, and vendors
- Participate in virtual meetings and provide financial insights to management
- Improve internal financial controls and operational efficiency
Working Hours
- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time
- Monday to Friday
- Must be available for video calls, virtual meetings, and real-time collaboration during these hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ACCA/CMA preferred)
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Expert-level proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills for regular interaction with the U.S. team
- Solid knowledge of U.S. accounting standards and local tax compliance
- High proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus
