About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accounts & Finance Manager to lead high-impact financial consulting and advisory projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate finance, strategic planning, and governance, with the ability to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth and operational excellence.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior management and client leadership teams, design data-driven financial models, and provide strategic direction to support sustainable profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced financial models including DCF, ROI, and scenario analysis.
• Deliver strategic advisory and financial insights to executive teams for key business decisions.
• Lead financial consulting assignments, ensuring project quality, outcomes, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards to support data-driven governance.
• Monitor compliance, cost control, and process optimization across multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

• Education: CA, CMA (India/USA), ACCA, M.Com (Finance/Accounting), or Ph.D. in Finance/Accounting.
• Experience: 5–10 years in corporate finance, consulting, or financial management.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems, BI tools, and advanced financial analytics software.
