Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Profile

Responsible for supporting the management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making and ensure financial stability.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI guidelines and other financial regulations applicable to NBFCs.
• Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, liquidity, and investments to optimize returns while maintaining liquidity needs of the company.
• Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop financial strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives to support growth and profitability.
• Audit Management: Coordinate internal and external audits, including statutory audits and tax audits, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor finance teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements

• Candidate with age limit: 30 to 35 years
• Qualification: CA.
• or Previous experience in NBFC with 3 to 4 years in Managerial Role
• Proficiency in NBFC loan software and excellent Excel skills
• Language expertise: English & Malayalam. Speaking Tamil is an added advantage
