Accounts & Finance Officer

Location: Near Last Metro Bus Station, Gajumata, Lahore

Education: BBA / B.Com (4-Year Degree Must)Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring tax compliance, and handling cost accounting specifically for our packages and chemical business units.

Key Responsibilities (JDs):

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Inventory & Costing: Manage stock valuation and production costing for the Packages and Chemical divisions.
  • Taxation: Handle GST/Income Tax matters, including withholding tax and provincial sales tax filings.
  • Advanced Excel Management: Maintain complex financial data using Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and Financial Modeling).
  • Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Expense Control: Monitor daily operational expenses and implement cost-saving measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum 4-year BBA/B.Com degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: 5–6 years of proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software.
  • Location: Must be able to commute easily to Gajumata, Lahore.
