Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage accounts, HR, and administrative operations of our e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily financial records, expenses, and reports
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and employee documentation
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR coordination
  • Manage office/admin tasks, procurement, and coordination with vendors
  • Assist management in basic reporting and compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounts or HR/admin roles (preferably in e-commerce)
  • Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Good communication and organizational skills
