Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern (Fresh Graduate) to join our finance team. The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in accounting operations, reporting, and documentation under the supervision of the Accounts Manager and HR Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and daily entries.
• Support in data entry, voucher posting, and bank reconciliations.
• Help prepare invoices, payment records, and petty cash reports.
• Maintain and organize files related to vendors, purchases, and expenses.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports and ledgers through QuickBooks or Excel.
• Coordinate with sales and store teams for payment and billing verification.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Intermediate (B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, or related field).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Basics in MS Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3 Months (extendable based on performance)
• Stipend: Rs. 15,000 – 20,000 per month
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
