Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- GST Compliance: Manage GST calculations, returns filing, reconciliations, and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- TDS Management: Oversee TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation of TDS records with statutory requirements.
- General Ledger Oversight: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books.
- Travel & Logistics (T&L): Monitor, verify, and account for travel and logistics expenses in line with company policy.
- Accounts Entries: Supervise daily accounting entries, journal vouchers, vendor payments, and expense booking with accuracy.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with auditors for smooth completion.
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls and process improvements.
- Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA preferred).
- 5–8 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.
