Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • GST Compliance: Manage GST calculations, returns filing, reconciliations, and ensure timely compliance with applicable tax regulations.
  • TDS Management: Oversee TDS deduction, return filing, and reconciliation of TDS records with statutory requirements.
  • General Ledger Oversight: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely closure of books.
  • Travel & Logistics (T&L): Monitor, verify, and account for travel and logistics expenses in line with company policy.
  • Accounts Entries: Supervise daily accounting entries, journal vouchers, vendor payments, and expense booking with accuracy.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with auditors for smooth completion.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls and process improvements.
  • Provide financial insights and MIS reports to management for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of proven experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or ERP systems) and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 6 years (Preferred)
  • total work: 9 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
