Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are hiring a highly-skilled Accounts Manager to report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This key role is central to our financial operations, ensuring absolute accuracy and compliance while providing crucial data for strategic decision-making. You will be instrumental in managing all financial activities and contributing to the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Drive financial analysis and reporting, providing actionable insights directly to the CFO.
• Manage all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complex reconciliations.
• Ensure full compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards and all regulatory requirements.
• Oversee internal and external audits and take a lead role in financial risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and taxation principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
