Accounts Manager

Malappuram, India

Work Location: Ajfan Dates and Nuts Mumbai

1. Financial Management & Accounting

  • Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.

2. Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports and tax filings on time.

3. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Assist management in preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Analyze financial performance against budgets and highlight variances.
  • Provide MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial insights to support decision-making.

4. Payroll & Vendor Management

  • Oversee employee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and contracts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, vendors, and stakeholders.

5. Team & Process Management

  • Supervise and guide the accounts team in daily operations.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
  • Optimize accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
