Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare rental fees based on the agreed rates and bill tenants on time
- Ensure that all receipts of rental fee are deposited on time
- Arrange letting out of vacant properties at rood rates and increase when necessary
- Assist in the preparation of audit documents for external auditors
- Assist Accountant and Property Administrator on a daily basis
- Coordinate with legal entities for breach of contract or other matters relating to tenants payments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Accounting (BAHRAINI) only
- Experience in the same field or with Property Management companies
- Reliable, Honest and Flexible in working is a key for this position
