Accounts Manager

We are partnering with a leading luxury automotive garage in Dubai to hire an Accounts Manager who will take ownership of the finance function. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid accounting experience who can manage day-to-day operations, implement strong controls, and provide clear reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain monthly/quarterly financial reports for management review.
• Oversee cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all departments.
• Perform regular stock and inventory checks for spare parts, accessories, and vehicles.
• Track sales performance, gross margins, and service profitability, and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and coordinate VAT filing.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and external partners to maintain smooth financial operations.
• Implement internal controls and improve accounting systems for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through clear financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting/finance experience (experience in automotive or retail is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and local financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
