Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our real estate firm. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of finance-related tasks including bookkeeping, fundraising support, and liaison with banks, investors, and internal stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and monthly reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Assist in preparation of financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Track project-wise expenses and income for real estate developments.
2. Fundraising Support
- Assist senior management in identifying and approaching funding sources (banks, NBFCs, private investors).
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for funding proposals and loan applications.
- Track disbursement schedules, interest payments, and repayment timelines.
- Coordinate with financial institutions during due diligence and compliance checks.
3. Liaising & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for banks, financial institutions, auditors, legal advisors, and investors.
- Liaise with internal departments (sales, legal, project management) to ensure financial alignment.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for payments and reconciliations.
4. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter/MBA Finance is a plus).
- 1–5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred:
- Experience in dealing with real estate project finance.
- Familiarity with RERA and other real estate regulatory frameworks.

Pay: ₹16,139.64 - ₹68,639.87 per month
