Job Title: Assistant Manager- Accounts
Job Location: Chennai, Thirumazhisai
Objective of the Job: Responsible for the management of all aspects of the accounts department
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent. Master Degree is preferred.
· Minimum 8 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience and Preferably from Manufacturing sector. More experience is desirable
Experience: 8+ years (should have exp. has manager for Min 5 Yrs)
Essential Skills
- Experienced in Accounting Software(s) and EAT module on PFMS.
- Should be able to work in a team
- GST and TDS
- Knowledge of computer applications such as word, excel.
- Advance Excel like – Vlookup, if condition, Pivot table,
- Should have experience in Tally 5+ years.
- Experience in SAP
- Experience in Manufacturing side
Roles and responsibility:
- Recording, maintaining and managing day-to-day financial transactions of the company.
- Coordinating and preparing and maintaining purchase orders, invoices, and payment orders.
- Preparing financial statements, reports, utilization certificates.
- Conducting reconciliation of banking transactions.
- TDS payable
- Fixed Assets verification, Invoice Accounting & Payment process
- Prepare Profit & Loss account-Tamil Nadu.
- Prepare fund inflow blocked summary.
- Vendors’ Debit & Credit Analysis-Tamil Nadu.
- Prepare new vehicle cost sheet-Branch level.
- Scrap sales Analysis-Branch level.
- Surprise spare parts auditing-Branch level.
- Surprise cash auditing-Branch Level.
- Manufacturing reconciliation-Branch Level.
- Daily Workshop collection Analysis-Branch Level.
- Physically New Vehicle stock Verification-Branch Level.
- Daily Branch’s expenses Maintenance.
- Daily Physical cash verification.
- Preparing the Monthly Sales Tax (VAT) Returns.
- Thorough knowledge in General Accounts finalization and preparation of Trial balance, P & L Account and Balance Sheets Schedules.
- Preparation of Cash, Bank and Journal vouchers and accounted day to day basis.
- Analyzing financial information in order to identify discrepancies, if any, and
- Performing such other duties as required as per the needs of the company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
