We are looking for a highly skilled Accounts Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our team and play a key role in managing the company's financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and payroll.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analysis for management.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely submission of tax returns.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and improve financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Supervise and mentor the accounts team to ensure high performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (ACCA/CA/CMA qualification preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
