Accounts Manager

Sourcetek, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. This is an onsite position based in Lahore, Johar Town, offering a competitive salary depending on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations.
• Prepare financial statements, monthly closing, and yearly financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual and quarterly audits.
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
• Prepare tax returns, manage withholding tax records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Develop and implement financial processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on accounting/finance experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, ERP, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
