Sourcetek, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is looking for a skilled and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations. This is an onsite position based in Lahore, Johar Town, offering a competitive salary depending on experience and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, monthly closing, and yearly financial reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal controls, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors for annual and quarterly audits.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff.
- Prepare tax returns, manage withholding tax records, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Develop and implement financial processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on accounting/finance experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, ERP, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
