Job Title: Account Manager

Location: [Lahore]
Experience: 5–6 Years (Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to increase revenue. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ needs and inquiries
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Prepare client proposals, reports, and performance updates
  • Monitor account performance and ensure targets are achieved
  • Handle client concerns, escalations, and negotiations professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Support business development initiatives when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in account management or client handling
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B / corporate sales or service industry
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
