Accounts Manager

Job Title: Manager Accounts

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to manage the company’s financial records, supervise accounting operations, and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will oversee daily accounting activities and maintain compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting operations

- Prepare financial statements and reports

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable

- Handle bank reconciliations

- Supervise accounting staff

- Ensure tax compliance and filing

- Maintain accurate financial records

- Manage budgets and expenses

- Coordinate with auditors and consultants

- Ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

- 3–7 years of accounting experience

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles

- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

- ACCA / CA / CMA (preferred)

- Experience in corporate accounting

Skills Required:

- SAP/Odoo/ERP experience

- Financial reporting

- Bookkeeping

- Tax knowledge

- MS Excel

- Communication skills

- Team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
