Senior Sales Manager Digital Marketing

Job Overview

The Senior Sales Manager for Digital Marketing is responsible for generating revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on selling digital marketing services such as social media marketing, paid advertising, video production, branding, and website development. The manager leads the sales pipeline, manages key accounts, and ensures consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients who need digital marketing services.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Conduct sales meetings and present digital marketing strategies to clients.
  • Close high-value deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver client campaigns.
  • Track sales targets, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Train and guide junior sales executives if required.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising agencies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services including Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing, and video marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
