Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Assistant Manager Sales to support regional sales growth in Multan, focusing on video conferencing systems, interactive displays, AV solutions, and digital collaboration technologies across corporate, education, government, and enterprise sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory
• Support achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups

Product Sales Focus

• Interactive touch displays and smart classroom solutions
• Video conferencing and collaboration systems
• Digital signage, kiosks, and AV integration solutions

Client Coordination

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales documentation
• Coordinate with technical teams for installation and project delivery

Market Support

• Track market trends and competitor activities
• Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 2–4 years of sales experience in IT, AV, or technology solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and support team targets
• Knowledge of B2B sales processes preferred
