Role Overview:
The Executive – Project Sales will be responsible for driving project-based sales within the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and power sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue project sales opportunities in target sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Monitor upcoming projects, pre-qualifications, and tender opportunities.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and payment recovery.
- Maintain regular market intelligence on competitors and pricing trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–6 years of project sales experience, preferably in cables, electrical products, or building materials.
- Strong network within the construction and industrial sectors.
- Good understanding of tendering and project sales cycles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
