Executive - Project Sales

Role Overview:
The Executive – Project Sales will be responsible for driving project-based sales within the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and power sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue project sales opportunities in target sectors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Monitor upcoming projects, pre-qualifications, and tender opportunities.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and payment recovery.
  • Maintain regular market intelligence on competitors and pricing trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of project sales experience, preferably in cables, electrical products, or building materials.
  • Strong network within the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Good understanding of tendering and project sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
