Accounts Executive

The Accounts Manager in our company is the person in-charge of managing company's bank accounts and client’s details regarding payments and installments. They are responsible for building long-term relationships with a group of clients. The goal is to facilitate clients in order to build a stable and transparent transactions. Following are the key responsibilities of Accounts Executive.

• Manage accounts and salaries of all employees working for the company.
• Manage and issue rebates to the employees working in the company and maintain their record.
• Operates as the point of contact for company’s clients.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with clients by maintaining their accounts.
• Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
• Make sure that clients are followed-up for the payments and installments on regular basis.
• Communicate client needs and demands to employer company.
• Forecast and track client’s account metrics.
• Maintaining files of each client in order to track the past transactions.
• Manage project within client relationship, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
• Coordinate with staff members working on the particular client to ensure consistent service.
• Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.
• Keep records of client transactions.
• Maintain follow-up with clients.
• Maintain petty cash and other office supplies.

Following Skills and abilities are required

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

2. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts/ Finance, Preferred in Real-Estate.

• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Clifton: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
