Job Responsibilities: ACCOUNTS MANAGER
- Financial Management:
- Overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Managing financial transactions, including invoicing, billing, and reconciliation.
- Ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Monitoring cash flow and financial performance.
- Client Relations:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Understanding client needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Resolving any billing or payment discrepancies with clients.
- Team Management:
- Supervising a team of accountants or finance professionals.
- Assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
- Providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Reporting:
- Generating financial reports for management and clients.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Assisting with the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Tracking actual performance against budgeted targets.
- Identifying variances and making recommendations for corrective action.
- Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Keeping abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations.
- Implementing internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.
- Software Proficiency:
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
- Familiarity with spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management, with at least X years in a managerial role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) may be preferred or required depending on the employer.
- Strongly preferred Arabic Speaking person
