Accounts Manager – China & Seychelles

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for China and Seychelles entities. The role requires strong hands-on SAP experience and solid knowledge of accounting, reporting, compliance, and coordination with regional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full accounting functions for China & Seychelles entities
• Ensure accurate accounting entries and reporting in SAP (mandatory)
• Oversee GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Review balance sheet schedules and ensure timely reconciliations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Work closely with regional finance, operations, and management teams
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company financial policies

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on SAP experience (FI module is a must)
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Prior experience managing accounts for international / overseas entities
• Knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations for China and/or Seychelles
• Experience in multi-currency and multi-entity environments
