Accounts Manager (Client Success)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Accounts Manager (Client Success) to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for understanding their requirements, managing communication, and ensuring their needs are effectively translated to the fulfillment teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to build lasting client relationships while driving satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams (fulfillment/operations).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Understand client requirements, business goals, and marketing needs.
• Communicate client feedback, requirements, and expectations clearly to the fulfillment team.
• Answer client queries in a timely, professional manner and provide guidance where needed.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell additional services.
• Maintain client records, communication logs, and progress reports.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and overall account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Services, or Client Success (preferably in a digital marketing agency).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal & written).
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Timings: 5 PM - 2 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
