The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will

• Be the first point of contact for customers in our contact centre.
• Promote Rogers wireless, internet, and value-added services.
• Conduct account reviews, upsells, and provide resolutions.
• Stay up to date on Rogers products, promotions, and offerings.
• Represent Red Wireless professionally as a Rogers Ambassador.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluency in English and French (mandatory requirement)

2+ years of experience in account management, B2B, or telecom sales (call centre/retail experience an asset)

Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills

Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-focused

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Quick learner with strong technical aptitude for telecom products

• Location: Remote (Canada-wide)
• Schedule: 4-day work week, 10-hour shifts
• Experience: Call centre: 1 year (preferred)
