Accounts Manager (The Circle Club)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee all accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, monthly closings, and preparation of financial statements.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support club management decisions.

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, GST, and other statutory compliance requirements.

- Supervise the accounts payable and receivable teams, reconcile bank statements, and handle cash flow monitoring.

- Prepare periodic financial reports for the board and provide actionable insights.

- Implement and maintain internal controls, audit procedures, and process improvements.
