7. ⁠maintaining gst notices and appeal records

7. ⁠preparation of monthly tds payment sheet

8. ⁠preparation of monthly gst 1 and gstr 3B and filing of returns

9. ⁠Vendor ledger reconciliation

10. ⁠customer ledger reconciliation

11. ⁠Quarterly tds return working and return filing

12. ⁠Loan accounts ledger reconciliation

13. ⁠Quartely tds checking and verification with 26AS

14. ⁠quarterly follow up with NBFC for tds refund

15. ⁠maintaining all hard files like purchase, sales, expenses, etc

16. ⁠periodic ledger scrutiny

17. Providing all essential management reports to the management

18. ⁠obtaining and maintaining declarations of msme from suppliers

19. ⁠checking and maintaining important document files like financial reports, agreements, all licenses and certificates, etc

20. ⁠issuance of quarterly tds certificates to suppliers

21. ⁠payment follow up from customers

22. ⁠passing prepaid insurance entries in tally

23. ⁠maintaining capex / fixed asset register and periodic verification

24. Maintaining SOP within the company and each department

25. ⁠⁠checking all compliances and keep a track of due dates

26. ⁠Inetrcompany ledger reconciliation

27. ⁠verification of partners capital account

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
