Accounts Manager (Travel Agency Experienced).

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Officer to manage the financial operations of our travel agency. The ideal candidate will handle daily accounting tasks, reconcile transactions, and ensure accurate record-keeping of sales, commissions, and expenses related to ticketing, visas, and travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily financial transactions including sales, invoices, and receipts.
  • Reconcile airline BSP statements, agent commissions, and supplier payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, profit & loss statements, and cash flow summaries.
  • Manage petty cash, payroll, and staff reimbursements.
  • Ensure all payments (airline, hotel, and visa vendors) are processed on time.
  • Maintain accurate ledgers and assist in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Coordinate with management for budget planning and financial forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
