Accounts & Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in accounts reconciliation
  • Support the accounts team in preparing reports, vouchers, and financial documentation
  • Work on ERP systems for financial entries, reporting, and data management
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents and records
  • Provide general administrative and operational support
  • Assist in office coordination, logistics, meetings, and event arrangements
  • Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with Head Office regarding all kinds of operational support and required correspondence

Job Location : Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore

Requirements

MBA/B.Com, or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administration. Hands-on experience with ERP systems is required. Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
