Accounts Officer

· Creating Products both in Inventory & Manufacturing.

· Recording Inventory in ERP.

· Preparation of all Sales Invoices.

· Recording of all incomes, Expenses, Receipts & Payments in ERP and otherwise.

· Preparation of Purchase Orders & Bills of all sort of inventory.

· Managing some Bulk Customers/Teachers Accounts both in ERP & Otherwise.

· Coordination for Picking-up Inventory and systematic organisation in Warehouse.

· Preparing, Managing and Paying Teacher’s Royalty Payments.

· Preparing Payments through Cheques & Bank Transfers.

· Reconciling Bank Statements on weekly Basis.

· Keep an eye over Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables.

· Pursuing couriers and Bulk customers for on time payments.

· Accounting Statements Preparation & Analysis on Monthly Basis.

. Cash Management including monitoring of cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and managing bank accounts.

· Preparing Documents for Annual Tax Filing and Statutory requirements.

· Preparing Budgets and controlling all Incomes & Expenses.

. Providing Financial Advice over Pricing Decisions and Cost controlling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
