Accounts Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Job Purpose:

To manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain all financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
  • Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and petty cash.
  • Maintain records for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies and tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments for accurate financial data entry and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwares.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
