Accounts Officer

Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Account Officer.

Qualification:

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights and analysis.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Conducting regular audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Participating in the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of internal control procedures
  • Collaborating with external auditors during the annual audit process.
  • Providing support in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Analytical prowess with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • The capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinking skills and a high proficiency in accounts and general accounting practices.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with sound knowledge of QuickBooks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
