Accounts Officer

Islamabad, Pakistan

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts on a regular basis.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and related reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (tax, audit, etc.).
  • Prepare financial reports for management review.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data and company information
