Accounts Officer

Job Description:

The Accounts Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations including billing, patient accounts, payments, payroll support, and financial reporting. The role ensures accuracy, compliance with healthcare regulations, and confidentiality of patient financial records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily accounts, ledgers, and financial records
  • Handle patient billing, invoices, and payment tracking
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with payroll processing and expense management
  • Reconcile bank statements and cash records
  • Prepare basic financial reports and support audits

Requirements

  • B.COM or related field
  • 3-4 years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting softwares
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
