Accurately input data into company systems, ensuring consistency and correctness.
Maintain, update, and organize databases and financial records.
Perform regular data reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Process and verify invoices and expenses in a timely manner.
Assist with the preparation of reports and financial statements by entering relevant data.
Ensure compliance with data entry standards and confidentiality agreements.
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Process transactions, manage receipts, and handle payment processing.
Reconcile daily transactions and bank statements.
Handle petty cash management and ensure proper documentation of all expenditures.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Administrative Support any other task if assign
Assist with general office administrative tasks as needed.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients or vendors as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
