Accounts Officer

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating the GL, ensuring all transactions are accurately classified and recorded.
  • Managing, processing, verifying, and recording vendor invoices, ledgers and timely payments.
  • Regularly reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and subsidiary ledgers (like AR and AP) to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors.
  • Preparing and posting various journal entries, especially for month-end and year-end adjustments
  • Assisting in the preparation of periodic financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Cash Flow Statements) and management reports.
  • Ensuring financial transactions and record-keeping adhere to internal policies and financial control procedures.
  • Preparing and organizing financial documents and records to provide support during internal and external financial audits.

Requirements

  • B .Com/BBA
  • Minimum 1 years' relevant experience.
  • Advanced Accounting Knowledge.
  • Proficient in MS OFFICE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
