Accounts Officer / Finance Controller

About Us:
Auto point Spare Parts is a growing automotive parts business focused on accuracy, strong systems, and professional operations. We are looking for a reliable, process-driven Accounts Officer to manage our daily financial operations and ensure smooth supplier and cash control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier reconciliation and statement matching
• Tracking cheques, cash, and bank deposits
• Managing utility bills and recurring payments
• Posting and maintaining records in accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
• Preparing payment summaries for management approval
• Supporting stock reconciliation and inventory control

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of accounting or finance experience
• Strong reconciliation and follow-up skills
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books is a plus)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Process-oriented mindset and professional work ethic
