About Us:

Oxvor International is a growing company with a dynamic finance team. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Officer to help manage our financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards.

- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.

- Use accounting software and MS Excel for reporting and data analysis.

- Support internal and external audits.

Required Skills:

- Strong financial analysis and reporting abilities.

- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.

- Knowledge of tax compliance and audit processes.

- Solid understanding of ledger management and AP/AR.

- Advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- CA Intermediate or ACCA Part-qualified (preferred).

- Maximum 0-2 years of relevant experience.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
