As we are expanding, we are looking for a motivated Accounts Officer to support our finance team. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate eager to learn and grow in the renewable energy sector

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and ledgers.
• Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Help with accounts payable/receivable tracking.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
• Maintain Employee Attendance and Employee Claims
• Provide support in payroll preparation and employee record keeping.
• Help ensure proper filing of tax documents and compliance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups.
• Maintaining Accounts in QuickBooks’s under supervision.
• Perform other Finance related tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, BS Accounting & Finance, or equivalent).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
