Accounts Officer

Position: Accounts Officer – Oracle EBS R-12

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our growing finance team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform accurate entries in Oracle EBS R-12 and handle Financial reconciliations while ensuring compliance and maintaining accuracy across financial records. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, clear accounting concepts, and hands-on experience in reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter financial and transactional data accurately into Oracle EBS R-12.
• Perform and assist in bank reconciliations and other account reconciliation activities.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records in a timely manner.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before posting.
• Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with organizational standards.
• Coordinate with finance and operational departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Oracle EBS R-12.
• Must have experience in Accounts Reconciliations.
• Strong basic accounting knowledge with clear accounting concepts is required.
• Hands-on experience with financial data entry and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan.
Timings: 9:00 am to 18:00 pm.
